Product Packaging & Shipping

Note: Photogrqhy by Everhard is developed from the Negative and is not altered, the buyer can expect the highest quality without changes. There seems to be a growing trend to take a poor shot and make digital changes. I just don’t do it.

All products are checked for defects before shipping.

Prints are compressed packaged, clearly marked as Photos and shipped to reduce or eliminate damage to said products.

If a product is damaged during shipment the Buyer will notify the shipping Agent by Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, make note of explicit damage or failure to deliver.

Return Policy:
A returned product must be Insured for not less than the cost of said product, securely packaged in the original packaging if possible with the freight Prepaid. Everwal will not accept any returned products with postage due.
All shipping Packages are clearly marked on the outside to insure proper handling by the Carrier.
